Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a Parts Warehousing associate to ensure accurate movement of goods, strong inventory control, and SAP-based processing.

You will manage requisitions, shipping/receiving, cycle counts, and coordination with branch teams to keep inventory aligned with demand. The role requires a High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related warehouse experience, plus SAP familiarity, forklift operation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• 2–4+ years of related warehouse experience.
• Experience in oil & gas industry and ERP systems (prefer SAP).
• Knowledge of Caterpillar engines and Ariel compressors is a plus.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 70 lbs.
• Forklift certification obtainable and safe operation of lift trucks.
• Effective communication with various personnel; strong numerical aptitude for inventory.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company professionally while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Operate forklift/lift to move items from warehouse to shop or customers.
• Process requisitions, work orders and shipping orders; issue material to end users.
• Verify items against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
• Transfer materials between receiving, storage and other designated areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and issue inventory timely.
• Enter all required materials and services in SAP and other order types.
• Prepare products for domestic/international shipping with proper packing.
• Maintain cycle counts and handle variance reports; root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with supervisor and other departments to ensure compliance.
