Job summary

CNH Industrial in Sioux Falls seeks a Parts Technical Support Agent to join the Customer Solutions Center. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office, delivering timely, knowledgeable parts support to North American dealers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in Agriculture/Construction or a related field, 3 years of equipment experience, strong Windows skills, and a customer-service mindset to drive efficient issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Agriculture, Construction, or a related mechanical/technical field.
• Three (3) years of experience supporting, diagnosing, repairing, or servicing agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment.
• In lieu of Associates degree will consider either: One-year mechanical program certification with four years of experience; or a High School Diploma/GED with five years of experience.
• Minimum one year experience with Windows-based computer systems.
• Minimum typing speed of 35WPM.
• Ability to work flexible hours as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Process requests via phone or online tool and document in internal incident system.
• Find fast and alternative solutions for dealers to reduce downtime.
• Research issues using available tools and seek information when not readily available.
• Compose accurate part identification information for corrective action.
• Coordinate quality problems with Depots and Central Quality team to obtain good parts.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver complete resolution to contacts, explaining it clearly.
• Identify catalog and material publishing errors and escalate as needed.
• Participate in training to deepen product and service knowledge.
