Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a ProCall Agent to provide exceptional customer service and technical support for wholesale and retail customers, primarily via telephone and e-orders. You will identify parts, process orders, advise on product features and warranties, and ensure satisfaction.

The role requires proficiency with POS systems, CRMs, and catalogs; you will maintain accurate customer data and support store personnel while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to explain technical information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using POS systems, electronic catalogs, CRM/TAMS, and other relevant platforms.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to resolving issues promptly.

• Previous wholesale parts or technical sales support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to all customers over the phone and electronic channels.
• Accurately identify required parts by using catalogs, POS systems, and information resources.
• Process orders and information requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Advise customers on product features, warranties, and sales programs to meet needs.
• Verify inventory and communicate shipping/delivery updates.
