Job summary

FMH Conveyors is seeking a Team Lead for the parts department on the shop floor. This role directs the team, oversees the parts schedule, and ensures safe, timely production in coordination with Production Management.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, ERP/MRP expertise (Epicor), and a background in lean manufacturing and inventory control. Forklift certification and excellent communication are required to drive safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and ability to interpret drawings and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of lean concepts and workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and leadership to the parts department团队.
• Lead all expedited orders and project-based parts orders to meet delivery demands.
• Coordinate inventory, LTL and dedicated shipments with other departments and monitor production quality.
