Job summary

FMH Conveyors is seeking a Team Leader to maintain the production schedule in the assigned section, lead the workforce, and ensure safety and efficiency. The role collaborates with Sales Operations, Engineering, Finance, Materials & HR to implement lean practices and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include directing daily activities, adhering to policies, utilizing ERP and drawings, and coordinating with the team to meet delivery demands while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office and office software.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and improve processes.
• Attention to safety and quality in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily direction and leadership to the section team members.
• Understands and adheres to FMH Conveyors Company handbook.
• Understands and adheres to section policies and procedures.
• Must be able to operate all machinery and equipment in the assigned section.
• Promotes continual improvement within the department and the company.
• Examines items produced to ensure they meet specifications.
• Follows documented manufacturing/assembly processes.
• Coordinates daily/weekly/monthly schedule to meet delivery demands.
• Monitors quality, quantity, and efficiency of products produced.
• Maintains collaborative relationships and focuses on safe, on-time production.
• Ensures cross-training opportunities for associates.
