Job summary

MSX International is seeking a seasoned leader to head the bproParts Program Team Lead for the North American aftermarket. You will drive a remote, multi-market sales organization that expands the dealer and aftermarket distribution of bpro parts across the US, liaising with dealer networks and Mopar teams.

The role requires deep automotive aftermarket knowledge, strong analytics, and excellence in communication, negotiation, and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years professional experience in the automotive aftermarket or wholesale environment.
  • Analytical experience to identify opportunities, trends and anomalies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain a national automotive parts sales and distribution program through the dealer network.
  • Recruit, hire and retain top automotive wholesale parts personnel.
  • Act as the primary client liaison for the assigned project.
  • Coordinate communication, manage assigned resources and report to Executive Management.
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Tracks project deliverables, issues, risks and action items.
  • Manage project data accuracy, timeliness, overall work product - set up and execute QA process and peer reviews.
  • Work with client teams to meet project level financial goals, estimate resource requirement and staffing effectiveness for the successful completion of scope and identify constraints.
  • Develop content in accordance with client CI, contractual obligations and project direction. Includes tools, guides and presentations.
  • Negotiate and manage client commitments and expectations.
  • Closely monitor program objectives and provide critical performance feedback.
  • Provide program oversight and direction with a client-centric approach.
  • Drive performance of team to satisfy and exceed program goals and objectives.
  • Constantly evaluate performance vs. expectations.
  • Develop and implement processes and measures to drive performance.
  • Ensure sales, market and competitive information is recorded daily.
  • Work closely with the client to provide weekly market feedback and sales performance summary.
  • Provide regular financial and program reviews with client’s management staff and MSX International Senior Management.
  • Manage project level compliance of contractual obligations - collaborate with internal delivery and management teams and client for the project transition and stabilization phase in-charge of day-to-day delivery.

SUMMARY:

ThebproParts ProgramTeam Leadwill provide comprehensiveprogramsupportfortheir assigned region.The primary focus of thebproParts ProgramTeam Leadwill be to assist the Dealer,MSX field staff,andMopar's Regionalaftermarket sales team to drive immediate short-term sales growth through the Dealerandaftermarket distribution channels. A secondary focus will be placed on building direct relationships withDealership hierarchy,aftermarket installers, fleets,and commercial accounts while liaising with stakeholders in theDealerand Corporate organizations. This is a professional level,supervisory position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ThebproParts ProgramTeam Leadwill behighlyexperiencedprofessional thoroughly familiar with theNorth Americanautomotive aftermarket. Theprimary focus will be on sellingbproproductsDealernetworkand aftermarket channels, with a secondary focus on building relationships between these parties withFCAandDealer Network. The position isremoteand may require travel throughout the continental US.This individualwill report to theMSXIDirectorandMoparAftermarket AccountTeam Leads responsible forDealerrepresentation.ThebproParts ProgramTeam Leadwill be responsible foroversight oftravel,sales presentationpreparation,presentation ofstandardized call reports,and overall communications with all involved parties.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Basic understanding of automobile repair and technology.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

COMPUTER SKILLS:
