Job Title: Parts Support

Job Summary:

The Parts Support position is responsible for assisting customers and parts counter salespeople. Responsibilities include loading customers, pulling parts for sales staff, unloading and restocking parts, and maintaining the cleanliness of the parts area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in loading parts
2. Pull and package parts for counter sales
3. Unload and restock parts
4. Maintain a clean parts department
5. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or parts support preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to climb stairs and traverse rocky or uneven ground
