Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage, and oversee activities related to automotive part order fulfillment.
  • Provide exceptional dealer support by sourcing and coordinating shipments with parts depots, ensuring dealer needs are met.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with dealers and internal teams, ensuring high customer service satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Own the customer experience by promptly answering dealer inquiries.
  • Ensure high dealer satisfaction through ownership of inquiries and timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong external and internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Document all interactions accurately for tracking purposes.
  • Support dealers with troubleshooting, problem resolution, and supply of products or materials.
  • Strive for excellence by meeting or exceeding departmental metrics.
  • High School Diploma.
  • At least one year of customer service experience in an office setting.
  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute.
  • Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 9AM and 6PM Central Time.
