Mesa Public Schools in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a Parts Worker to maintain inventory of parts for district vehicles. You will issue parts to mechanics, assist in perpetual inventory, and support year-end inventory and procurement tasks.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with vendors required. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week with benefits including vacation, sick leave, holidays, retirement matching through ASRS, health and life insurance.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Arizona Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Minimum three years’ experience in auto parts field.
• Ability to obtain a class B CDL with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements.

Aufgaben

• Regular and on-time attendance required.
• Issue parts to mechanics.
• Assist procurement specialist in maintenance of perpetual inventory throughout fiscal year.
• Assist in preparation of year-end inventory and in preparation of appropriate forms.
• Assist procurement specialist in purchasing of parts and in needed clerical work.
• Keep parts room neat and orderly.
• Assist other personnel as may be required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities.
• Assists with other assigned duties as appropriate to the area of assignment and Mesa Public Schools.
