Job summary

W.W. Williams is seeking a Parts Representative to efficiently manage parts inventory, order fulfillment, delivery, and reporting. You will support service shop and mobile technicians by identifying needed parts and maintaining stock levels.

The role requires knowledge of Detroit Diesel and Allison parts, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Forklift training is a plus; a GED or high school diploma is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Detroit Diesel and Allison product lines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Forklift training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process, pull, and deliver or ship parts to fulfill customer orders.
• Assist service shop and mobile technicians in identifying parts.
• Track daily use of parts and receiving orders.
• Create POs for weekly stock orders and report to the manager.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Keep inventory ready and warehouse organized and clean.
• Ensure shops and mobile trucks are stocked and remove obsolete parts.
