Job summary

W.W. Williams is seeking a Parts Representative in Auburn, WA to efficiently manage parts inventory, process orders, and support service technicians. You will create purchase orders, track daily part usage, and maintain warehouse organization while ensuring on-time delivery to customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of Detroit Diesel and Allison parts, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Forklift training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong knowledge of product lines, i.e., Detroit Diesel and Allison.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Forklift training.

Responsibilities

• Processing, pulling, and delivering or shipping parts to fulfill customer orders.
• Assisting service shop and mobile technicians in identifying parts necessary for repairs.
• Tracking daily use of parts and receiving orders.
• Creating Purchase Orders (POs) for weekly stock orders and reporting to the manager.
• Nurturing and maintaining relationships with the company's vendors and suppliers.
• Maintaining appropriate inventory readiness and warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensuring shop and mobile trucks are properly stocked and removing obsolete parts as deemed necessary.
