O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high levels of service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided to perform daily store operations, cash handling, and customer assistance.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, handling returns, and resolving complaints in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilités

• Greet retail/walk-in customers promptly in a friendly manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies and procedures.
• Answer store calls and look up parts, quoting prices and offering related items and the Low-Price Guarantee.
• Maintain cash drawer, process payments, and ensure secure handling of transactions.
