Qualifications

• Basic computer skills, including data entry and keyboarding.
• Experience using electronic parts catalog systems, including the John Deere Parts Catalog application.
• Forklift certification.
• Experience in parts sales, inventory management, agriculture equipment, construction equipment, or a related industry.
• Experience using John Deere Parts Catalog or similar catalogs.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing parts, attachments, and related products.
• Promote products and services while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Process and communicate customer online parts orders through the company’s customer portal.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory against shipment documents.
• Stock inventory in designated locations and maintain organized areas.
• Assist with merchandising displays and inventory shortages reporting.
• Support order fulfillment including machine-down and stock orders.
