Responsibilities

• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns following company policies.
• Handle cash drawer, accept payments, and process credit card transactions.
• Provide service over the phone by answering calls and quoting prices.
• Stock shelves and perform planogram updates and daily operations.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle if needed.
