Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail and installer customers with merchandise selection.
• Promote company customer service programs and related selling.
• Assist professional customers and store management as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit transactions securely and accurately.
• Process exchanges/returns according to policy.
• Respond to customer complaints politely and resolve issues.
• Assist with image maker, planogram updates, and stock organization.
• Perform daily operations including stock counts and merchandise returns.
• Operate store equipment after training and meet requirements.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, light maintenance) where permitted.
• Occasionally drive delivery vehicle as needed.
