O’Reilly Auto Parts in Summerville, SC is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist in selecting merchandise, and support management in daily tasks while promoting core service programs.

In this role, you will handle cash and credit transactions, process returns, resolve complaints, and assist with stock, planograms, and basic in-store services.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
