Company Wrench in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Parts Specialist to support customers and technicians by using parts manuals, performing ordering, invoicing, and shipping/receiving, and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and solid knowledge of parts operations; training and growth opportunities are provided in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide parts support and lookups for customers and technicians.

• Maintain records, filing, and data entry for parts functions.
• Research and source materials from outside vendors as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of manuals and documents for compliance.
