Job summary

United Rentals in Raleigh is seeking a Parts Specialist to support the parts department and ensure inventory meets customer and service needs.

You will handle purchasing, invoicing, and inventory updates while providing strong customer service and teamwork. A valid driver's license and 2+ years of retail experience are preferred, with opportunities for advancement within the world's largest equipment rental provider.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Purchase parts from manufacturers and suppliers; replenish inventory as needed.
• Process external and internal parts orders, update invoices and inventory records.
• Advise management on parts activities and trends affecting department efficiency.
• Maintain current parts manuals, catalogs, literature and price lists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Parts Specialist - Customer Equipment Solutions (Parts Specialist - CES) at United Rentals, you will be responsible for supporting the parts department, including the maintenance of sufficient inventory levels to meet projected parts needs of customers and the branch’s service department.
