O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, help select merchandise, answer calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and process payments while supporting store management and handling returns.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service.
• Must multitask in-store and on the phone.
• Desirable: Automotive parts knowledge; ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
