O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide top-tier service to retail and installer customers and support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may assist professional customers as needed.

The role involves greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, handling returns, and contributing to stock/planogram updates. Prior parts knowledge and Spanish language ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Serve professional customers with installers and stores staff as needed.
• Handle cash, returns, and credit card transactions per policy.
• Respond to customer calls with price lookups and part recommendations.
• Perform daily store operations and image updates as required.
