O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to provide top-tier service to retail and installer customers. You will assist with merchandise selection, quote prices, and support store management while promoting company programs.

Bilingual Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply, and you will handle cash and refunds as part of daily activity. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting professional customers, processing exchanges, and maintaining stock.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Desirable: Familiar with automotive parts, Weatherly Index System, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers promptly and assist in merchandise selection.
• Support store management and installer service specialists with professional customers.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, exchanges, and returns per policy.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stock, planogram updates, and daily store housekeeping.
