Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a retail associate for the Spring Hill store to greet customers, assist with parts selection, and promote service programs. You will process transactions, handle returns, and help with stocking and planograms, while delivering friendly service in person and over the phone.

The role supports both walk-in and professional customers, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training. ASE certification is desired; Spanish is a plus for serving a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, related selling).
• Assist customers in selecting merchandise and processing transactions accurately.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and recommend related items.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Assist with store image updates, planograms, stocking, and fronting tasks.
• Perform in-store services and occasional deliveries as needed.
