Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Spring, TX is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers, and to support store management in achieving assigned tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The role involves greeting customers, helping them choose merchandise, handling cash and transactions, and assisting with store operations and training as needed. ASE certification is desired but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot).
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Handle store training and customer service per policy.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and offer Low-Price Guarantee.
