Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers in a fast-paced store environment. The role includes assisting management, processing transactions, and supporting daily operations with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities also cover handling exchanges, calling customers, maintaining stock, and performing in-store services per state laws. Bilingual abilities and ASE certification are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and provide outstanding, friendly customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers in-store and on the phone.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired) and ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Process cash, checks, and credit transactions accurately and securely.
