O'Reilly Auto Parts in Longview, WA is seeking a customer-focused associate to greet customers, assist with parts selection, and process purchases. You will support the store team with professional customer service, answer calls, lookup parts, and quote prices while promoting related items and the Low-Price Guarantee.

Responsibilities include handling exchanges, returns, and payments, maintaining cash drawers, and assisting with daily stocking and planogram updates.

Competenze

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired; ASE certification is preferred for automotive knowledge.
