Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc).
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers.
• Complete assigned training relevant to position.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and upsell related items.
• Process cash, checks, and card transactions; maintain cash drawer.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy and process credits.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates; stock shelves and cleaning.
• Perform daily operations: returns, stock adjustments, cycle counts.
• Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (wipers, batteries, tests) as allowed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
