Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
• Desirable: bilingual (Spanish) fluency and automotive product knowledge

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash drawer, payments, and returns per policy.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Perform stocking, planogram updates, and daily operational tasks.
