Responsibilities

• Greet retail customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and resolve complaints calmly.
• Support daily operations: restock shelves, planogram updates, and store tasks.
• Perform in-store services (where allowed) such as wiper installs and battery checks.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
