Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Mansfield, LA seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, handle cash/transactions, and support management with daily tasks.

Bilingual (Spanish) is encouraged and ASE certification is desirable. Qualifications include quick alphanumeric matching, strong service orientation, and the ability to multitask across store floors and phone lines.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, Weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, etc.).
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers.
• Handle cash drawer, process cash/credit transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Perform daily store operations including stocking, planograms, and image maker tasks.
• Operate store equipment after training.
