Responsabilités

• Greet retail and installer customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote and follow company customer service programs.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and recommend related items.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy and complete cash/credit transactions.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with daily store tasks such as stocking shelves, fronting, and housekeeping.
• Perform in-store services and operate test equipment after training.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed by business.
