The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers and support store management in various tasks.

Essential Job Functions

1. Follow and promote all company customer service programs, such as Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, and Related Selling.
2. Greet customers promptly and assist them with merchandise selection.
3. Support managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Provide excellent phone customer service, including answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices, and promoting company guarantees.
6. Manage cash register operations accurately.
7. Process exchanges and returns per company policies.
8. Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
9. Assist with store image maintenance, stock updates, and inventory counts.
10. Perform operational tasks like merchandise returns, stock adjustments, and cycle counts.
11. Operate store equipment after training.
12. Provide in-store services such as wiper installation, battery testing, and vehicle code scanning, where legal.
13. Drive delivery vehicles as needed, meeting eligibility requirements.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive parts and sales.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
