Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $22.00/hr

What You'll Be Doing

• Provides friendly and professional customer service.
• Greets customers in an enthusiastic and professional manner.
• Assists customer in dropping off equipment and captures information about the repairs needed.
• Assist with the processing of ‘while you wait’ services.
• Directs customer to the appropriate department.
• Helps the shipping and receiving department process orders.
• Help customers load and unload equipment/parts.

What We'll Need From You

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic technical knowledge about mechanical systems – experience in parts or service from automotive, electrical, or other fields can be transferable to power equipment.
• Strong computer competence – we will train on our systems; applicants must have good keyboarding and general computer knowledge.
• Ability to work independently with light supervision in an efficient manner.

When and Where You'll Be Working

• Full-Time
• Open Retail Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm) and Saturday (9:00am – 2:00pm)
• Ball Equipment – Sandusky, MI
