Compensation Pay Range: $16.66 - $23.00

The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses, or premiums, which vary based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview

The Parts Specialist provides high-quality service to retail and installer customers and supports store management in various tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Essential Job Functions

1. Follow all customer service programs like Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, etc.
2. Greet customers promptly and assist with their merchandise selection.
3. Support managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers.
4. Complete relevant training for the position.
5. Provide excellent phone service, including answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices, and promoting the Low-Price Guarantee.
6. Maintain and secure cash drawer, process transactions accurately.
7. Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
8. Resolve customer complaints amicably.
9. Assist with store image updates, freight receival, and stocking.
10. Perform operational tasks like merchandise returns, stock adjustments, and inventory counts.
11. Operate store test equipment after training.
12. Perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning vehicle trouble codes.
13. Drive delivery vehicle as needed, subject to driving record approval.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Required: Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences, provide friendly and professional service, multitask effectively.

Desired: Automotive parts knowledge, ASE certification, multilingual skills (Spanish preferred).
