Job summary

Prescott’s Med in California is seeking a detail-driven Parts Specialist to ensure accurate sourcing, pricing, and delivery of parts for field service teams. You will update catalogs, research original manufacturers, and coordinate with vendors and technicians to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes precision, process improvement, and strong communication to support service repairs and customer quotes.

• Process customer quotes and orders
• Coordinate with vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment
• Manage multiple priorities and urgent requests without compromising accuracy
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows

This position will support Washer Solutions, a subsidiary of Prescott’s Med.

The Parts Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely sourcing, tracking, and delivery of parts to support field operations. This role requires a high level of precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy is non-negotiable.
