Prescott’s Med is seeking a meticulous Parts Specialist to support Washer Solutions, ensuring accurate sourcing, pricing, and timely delivery of parts for field operations.

You will partner with service technicians, vendors, and internal teams, maintaining catalogs and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment. A strong focus on accuracy and organization is essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain parts pricing of the parts catalog.
• Research & Source parts back to the original manufacturer.
• Source new vendors & maintain vendor catalog.
• Support service technicians with needed parts to complete service repair.
• Process customer quotes and orders.
• Coordinate with vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Manage multiple priorities and urgent requests without compromising accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows.

This position will support Washer Solutions, a subsidiary of Prescott’s Med.

The Parts Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely sourcing, tracking, and delivery of parts to support field operations. This role requires a high level of precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy is non-negotiable.

Salary: $60,000 annually
