Job summary

Prescott’s Med in the United States seeks a Parts Specialist to ensure accurate sourcing, tracking, and timely delivery of parts for field operations. You will update pricing, research parts back to original manufacturers, and coordinate with vendors and service technicians.

This role demands high precision in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to streamline workflows and improve processes while supporting Washer Solutions, a Prescott’s Med subsidiary.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain parts pricing in the parts catalog.
• Research and source parts back to the original manufacturer.
• Source new vendors and maintain vendor catalog.
• Support service technicians with needed parts to complete service repair.
• Process customer quotes and orders.
• Coordinate with vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Manage multiple priorities and urgent requests without compromising accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows.

Salary: $60,000 annually
