The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers and support store management in various tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Follow and promote all customer service programs, e.g., Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot.
2. Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting merchandise.
3. Support managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Provide excellent service to phone inquiries, including looking up parts, quoting prices, and promoting related items.
6. Handle cash, checks, credit transactions, and secure the cash drawer.
7. Process exchanges and returns per company policies.
8. Address and resolve customer complaints amicably.
9. Assist with daily store operations like stocking, planogram updates, and freight handling.
10. Perform operational tasks such as merchandise returns, stock adjustments, and inventory counts.
11. Operate store test equipment after training.
12. Perform in-store services (where legal), such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and vehicle diagnostics.
13. Drive delivery vehicles as needed, subject to driving record approval.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

Desired Qualifications:
