Job Functions

Job Summary:

Parts Specialist is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience with parts sales and customer support.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Working with retail and internal customer parts inquires


• Research vendors systems for parts pricing and availability


• Determining needed parts and ensuring proper parts are obtained


• Managing customer orders in an efficient manner


• Timely pulling and staging of customer orders
