The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers and support store management in various tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Follow and promote all company customer service programs, such as Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot, etc.
2. Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting merchandise.
3. Assist managers and installer service specialists as needed.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Provide excellent phone service, including answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices, and recommending related items.
6. Manage cash drawer accurately and process transactions.
7. Handle exchanges and returns per company policies.
8. Address and resolve customer complaints courteously.
9. Assist with store image updates, freight receival, stocking, and cleaning.
10. Perform operational tasks like merchandise returns and inventory counts.
11. Operate store equipment after training.
12. Perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning vehicle codes where legal.
13. Drive delivery vehicles when needed, subject to driving record approval.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
