Job Opportunity: HVAC Parts Specialist with ElitAire in Cincinnati, OH

As a Parts Specialist at ElitAire, you will provide parts and aftermarket support to customers using a broad variety of HVAC equipment. You will also be responsible for processing parts sales, customer orders, and responding to customer inquiries.

A Day In The Life

• Assist customers with product inquiries and parts identification.
• Process customer orders and purchases with the vendor supply team.
• Support internal sales by providing technical support, researching options, handling product questions, warranty administration, and customer needs.
• Proactively recommend additional products to secure extra orders based on client needs.
• Assist with vendor sales, inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and warranty issues.
• Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy.

Career Growth And Promotion Opportunities

• Lead support for 100% of Service department aftermarket needs.
• Potential promotion to ElitAire Parts Store Manager, including starting up and managing the store, determining inventory, pricing strategy, marketing, team building, and overseeing the store's budget and profitability.
• Long-term opportunity to become the ElitAire Aftermarket Business Leader for the territory.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, accurate, efficient, and responsive to customer needs. Additional requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical experience with HVAC commercial parts.
• 5+ years of HVAC and/or sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Ability to operate powered lifting equipment.
