Compensation Pay Range: $14.81 - $21.00
The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses or premiums, varying by circumstances such as schedule, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management in various tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Promote all company customer service programs (e.g., Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call).
2. Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting merchandise.
3. Support managers and installer service specialists as needed.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Provide excellent phone service, including answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices, and promoting company guarantees.
6. Maintain and secure cash drawer, process transactions accurately.
7. Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
8. Resolve customer complaints amicably.
9. Assist with store image maintenance, freight receival, stocking, and cleaning.
10. Perform operational tasks like merchandise returns, stock adjustments, and inventory counts.
11. Operate store equipment after training.
12. Perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning vehicle codes (where legal).
13. Drive delivery vehicles as needed, meeting driving eligibility requirements.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
2. Outstanding, friendly, professional customer service skills.
3. Ability to multitask effectively.

Desired Skills:

1. Knowledge of automotive parts, cataloging, and sales or service experience.
2. ASE certification.
3. Multilingual ability, especially Spanish.
