Location: Colton, CA

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Diesel Parts Specialist to support our in-house operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and coordinating diesel truck parts based on real-time needs from our team of mechanics actively working on trucks in our shop. Your ability to move quickly, communicate clearly, and stay organized will directly support the productivity of our fleet service operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with shop mechanics to identify, locate, and source the correct diesel parts for repairs and maintenance.
  • Communicate directly with vendors and suppliers to ensure prompt parts availability and competitive pricing.
  • Accurately order, receive, and stock incoming parts and materials.
  • Track inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain clean and organized parts storage areas.
  • Update internal inventory and fleet maintenance systems with parts usage and orders.
  • Support the return and warranty process for defective or unused parts.
  • Provide excellent internal customer service to mechanics and fleet management staff.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in diesel truck parts, fleet maintenance, or heavy-duty equipment support is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of diesel truck components, systems, and part identification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with mechanics and shop staff.
  • Proficient with basic computer systems for inventory and order tracking.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
