Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers.
• Support store management in various tasks.
• Follow all customer service programs such as Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, etc.
• Greet customers promptly and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist professional customers and complete relevant training.
• Handle phone inquiries, process transactions, and resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain store organization, stock shelves, and perform operational tasks.
• Operate store equipment after training and meet company requirements.
• Perform in-store services like installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning vehicle codes.
• Occasionally drive delivery vehicles if eligible.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• ASE certification.
