The Parts Specialist will provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers and support store management in various tasks. The position offers a pay range of $14.81 - $21.00 per hour, with actual wages depending on location and additional performance-based premiums.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Promoting all company customer service programs such as Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, and others.
• Greeting and assisting customers in selecting merchandise.
• Supporting professional customers alongside managers and service specialists.
• Completing relevant training and providing excellent phone service, including quoting prices and recommending products.
• Handling cash, credit transactions, and processing returns and exchanges.
• Addressing customer complaints professionally.
• Participating in daily operational tasks like stocking, freight receivals, and store maintenance.
• Operating store equipment and performing in-store services (where legally permitted).
• Occasionally driving delivery vehicles as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• ASE certification.
