Compensation Pay Range

$16.50 - $24.50

The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, premiums based on schedule, season, or specific work, and other incentives.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service to retail and installer customers, promoting all company customer service programs.
2. Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting merchandise.
3. Support store management and serve professional customers as needed.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Handle phone inquiries, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items and guarantees.
6. Maintain cash drawer, process transactions, and handle returns and exchanges following company policies.
7. Address customer complaints courteously.
8. Assist with store operations such as stocking, planogram updates, freight receival, and cleaning.
9. Perform operational tasks like merchandise returns, inventory counts, and operate store equipment after training.
10. Provide in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and vehicle diagnostics where permitted.
11. Drive delivery vehicle when required and authorized.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging systems, and sales or service experience (desired).
• ASE certification (desired).
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish (highly desired).
