Compensation Pay Range
$16.50 - $24.50
The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers and supports store management in various tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Essential Job Functions

1. Follow and promote all customer service programs (e.g., Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot).
2. Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting merchandise.
3. Assist managers and service specialists in serving professional customers.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Provide excellent phone service, including answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices, and offering related products.
6. Maintain and secure cash drawer, process transactions accurately.
7. Handle exchanges and returns per company policies.
8. Address and resolve customer complaints courteously.
9. Assist with daily store operations like freight receival, stocking, cleaning, and planogram updates.
10. Perform operational tasks such as merchandise returns, stock adjustments, and inventory counts.
11. Operate store equipment after training and certification.
12. Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, scan codes, replace headlight capsules).
13. Drive delivery vehicle as needed, meeting driving eligibility requirements.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, and Experience

Required: Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences, provide outstanding customer service, multitask effectively.

Desired: Automotive parts knowledge, ASE certification, multilingual fluency (Spanish preferred).
