Compensation Pay Range: $16.66 - $20.50
The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses or premiums based on schedule, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

The Parts Specialist provides high-quality service to retail and installer customers and supports store management in various tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Essential Job Functions

1. Promote all company customer service programs such as Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, etc.
2. Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting merchandise.
3. Support managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Provide excellent service over the phone, including answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices, and offering related items.
6. Accurately handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, and maintain the cash drawer.
7. Process exchanges and returns per company policies.
8. Resolve customer complaints amicably.
9. Assist with store image maintenance, stock updates, freight reception, and cleaning.
10. Perform operational tasks such as merchandise returns, stock counts, and inventory adjustments.
11. Operate store equipment after training.
12. Perform in-store services like wiper installation, battery testing, and vehicle code scanning (state laws permitting).
13. Drive delivery vehicle as needed, meeting driving eligibility requirements.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, Knowledge, and Experience

Required: Ability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly, provide outstanding customer service, multitask effectively.

Desired: Automotive parts knowledge, ASE certification, multilingual fluency (Spanish preferred).
