Job summary

Yellowhouse Machinery in Amarillo, TX is hiring a Parts Representative to sell service parts, fluids, attachments and accessories while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also assist with stocking, inventory accuracy, and showroom displays, and coordinate with Service Technicians to supply parts.

The role requires strong communication, basic data entry, team collaboration, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to connect with customers and establish rapport.
• Basic data entry/keyboard skills using Microsoft products.
• Experience working independently and in a team.
• Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Pass a background check, drug test and physical.

Responsibilities

• Sell service parts, fluids, attachments and accessories.
• Provide exceptional customer service and process orders.
• Assist with stocking and maintaining showroom displays.
• Fulfills online orders promptly and directs will-call pickups.
• Supply Parts Technicians with parts as required.
• Maintain inventory integrity and assist with cycle counts.
• Promote company policy and teamwork at all times.
• Operate forklift and other related equipment as needed.
