Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Basic data entry and keyboarding skills; familiar with Microsoft-based products.
• Experience working both independently and in a team setting.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Pass a background check, drug test and physical.

Responsibilities

• Quickly establishes rapport with customers.
• Promotes and adheres to company policy with a team mentality.
• Provides a quality customer experience using knowledge, systems, and processes.
• Offers parts recommendations including alternatives that meet customer needs.
• Fulfills online orders and processes will call items.
• Supports Service Technicians with parts as required.

• Keeps the Parts Department clean and orderly.
• Maintains positive relationships with peers and managers; demonstrates teamwork and customer service.
