Morrie’s 394 Hyundai in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a full-time Parts Associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory in our busy service and parts team. A valid driver’s license and ability to read vendor catalogs are required.

We offer an hourly wage of $18.00 to $20.00 with comprehensive benefits through Morrie’s Auto Group. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience in a parts department, and strong communication skills.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Experience interpreting vendor catalogs and using parts department computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Count, weigh or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Determine method of shipment using knowledge of procedures, routes and rates.
• Keep bins, aisles and storage areas clean and labeled.
• Maintain receiving, shipping and returns records.
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments; reject damaged items and notify shippers.
• Ensure outgoing shipments meet specifications.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Operate heavy machinery (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Count, weigh or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments, verity information against invoices, orders and other records
• Determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates
• Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled
• Maintain receiving and shipping records, delivery truck maintenance records and returned parts records
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
• Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
• Must be able to operate heavy machinery (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, etc.)

What You Offer
